2.0.1 return policy
At Studio QUAD inc., we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.0.2 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@quadmade.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue you a return label.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
2.0.3 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team atcontact@quadmade.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item. Studio QUAD inc. reserves the right to refuse an exchange, if the item has been used, washed or is in a different condition it’s original state. The item also needs to be sent back in its original packaging.
2.0.4 shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when purchasing an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately atcontact@quadmade.comso that we can resolve the issue promptly.
